A Mezzanine is, strictly speaking, an intermediate floor in a building which is partly open to the double-height ceilinged floor below, or which does not extend over the whole floor space of the building.

Popular addition in modern homes.

Pros :

  • Maximizes Space. The most obvious benefit of installing an office mezzanine floor is the amount of additional space it can create in your office.

  • Creates a New Area in the Office.

  • Cost-Effective

  • Hassle-Free

  • Aesthetically Pleasing

  • Flexible.

Cons :

  • The disadvantage is that you have to reconsider the ground floor work area's configuration, its traffic and ensure you have a clearly defined plan in order to be able to install the right kind of mezzanine for your needs.
